type 1This is my standard Irish bouzouki or cittern and can be built with either an eight or ten string neck, with standard scale lengths of 560 and 660mm (22" and 26") It is available with either a flat soundboard with a guitar style pin bridge, or a molded and carved arched soundboard with a moveable bridge. The picture is a 26" scale flat-top bouzouki, Non-standard scale lengths are available on request. Necks are bolted on though a hollow neck block.
